We must be honest with each other; we're teammates who love and support each other, but we can't be overly nice when things aren't going well."
Molumby continued, "We need to be brutally honest with each other until the end of the season. I thought our performance tonight was solid away from home. The first goal for them is a reflection of our season. We've made errors, and I've made some myself, but we can't escape the consequences. Every mistake is being punished, and we need to eliminate them."
Looking ahead, Molumby emphasized the importance of focusing on each game individually, with their full attention on the upcoming match against Portsmouth. He concluded, "The bare minimum of effort displayed tonight is what we must demand from each other. We haven't been good enough, and we need to take it one game at a time, turning our attention to Portsmouth next week."
